- Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.
- Extra beds are subject to availability and must be arranged with the property directly in advance.
- Park Tower Knightsbridge has a maximum occupancy of three people per room. Rollaway beds are single beds and only one is permitted per room.
- The hotel will allocate bed types rooms subject to availability and can only take requests for king or twin.
- Please note only service animals are allowed, pets cannot be accommodated.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

I had a wonderful stay at The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Hyde Park and Harrods, making it perfect for exploring London. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Sofia at the front desk. She greeted me with a warm smile, was incredibly professional, and went above and beyond by upgrading my room. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the overall service throughout the hotel was excellent. Experiences like this are what make a hotel stand out, and Sofia deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality.
