You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Visitors are not allowed into the property without prior approval. There will be a GBP 350 charge if found breaking this rule.
- The maximum occupancy stated cannot be exceeded. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, there will be a GBP 350 charge.
- Guests who are late checking out from 11:00 until 13:00, will be charges a penalty fee of GBP 50. Any guest who is still in the location after 13:00 will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.
- Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.
