What a true unassuming gem, hidden in a quiet location. Easy to travel to. Perfect location by the tranquil Italian Gardens. Once the door was opened by the friendly, smiley doorman, we walked into a calm, quiet, luxurious hotel. The front desk staff made checking in easy, even though we were early. Each and every staff member was polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. This friendliness make us feel so welcome and made our stay truly special. A special thank you to the bar and restaurant staff including Monir, Tatiana, and Miriam. They were all kind, warm and professional, and this set the tone for the whole stay. Such a memorable birthday trip. Thank you.
