We loved our stay at the Kings Arms Boutique Rooms! The staff was lovely and the room met our needs perfectly. Travelers should know that the largest room (#7) is on the top floor, stairs are narrow and steep and there is not a lift. Recommendation for the hotel: consider adding more hangers for use. We noticed our towels were not replaced during our stay - not sure if that’s normal protocol; we also didn’t ask for fresh, as it didn’t bother us. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice. The location is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Regent Street to feel quaint but remains a comfortable walking distance to transportation and loads of restaurants in Fitzrovia. I would absolutely recommend!
