An excellent hotel with amazingly friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. I had a spotlessly clean room to the front of the hotel. The hotel had a fridge at reception so i was able to leave some fresh produce in there. There was no lift at the hotel but the kind gentleman carried my case for me to my room. a very clean hotel 5 mins walk from paddington station. I will definately return. Thank you Hazell
