I booked this hotel on a non refundable rate on behalf of my parents. It’s was later established the wrong hotel was booked in error. As the reservation was booked under a non-refundable rate, the hotel was not obliged to issue a refund under the booking terms. However, on contacting them to explain the situation, they were very helpful and as a gesture of goodwill, the team made an exception and processed the refund for me in full. Excellent customer service and understanding from staff. I cannot comment on the rooms/ hotel itself as I have not stayed here.
