The Fizzy Canning Town apartment building is conveniently located to many different food shops (Lidl, Morrisons, Co-op) as well as a short walk to the tube station. The building feels newly renovated and has a communal garden area as well as access to the amenities at the other Fizzy building down the street. There is no concierge so packages are left unattended or on the floor. There are also no rubbish chutes so it is a hassle to take out the bins. The management does a good job of organizing regular community events such as fitness classes and other social activities with free food and beverages!
