Just home from a 2 day stay here with my young family, we drove into London, carpark attached. Perfect location, food cooked well, staff attentive, Rooms clean, beds comfortable, location quiet, staff always on hand and restaurant very clean as are toilets. What really stood out for us were the staff especially JAN in the restaurant, my daughter is profoundly deaf and lip reads and JAN noticed this straight away and made sure to address my daughter first so she felt included in the conversations, my son and daughter were feeling very overwhelmed after a busy day at museums but by the time we left the restaurant they were all smiles and said they want to come back to this hotel everytime we stay in london because they like the lady and the food was cooked just the way they like it! JAN you are amazing and a genuinely lovely lady that goes that extra mile to ensure customers are looked after and YOU made our night, thank you to you and all the lovely staff here. We will definitely be back. Love room 6 ❤️
