Stayed twice, unimpressed both times (booked them both at the same time, or else I wouldn't have gone a second time). Rooms are tired, building looks like a building site and the 'customer' service is non existent with emails verging on the threatening about every little detail prior to your stay. Had no hot water the second time I stayed, which they then said was my fault because "we were not informed about it when you checked in". Oh, and despite them saying on their emails "emergency calls will be handled outside of these hours", they don't mean having no hot water etc, they mean "emergency services as well as agents are able to reach us as they have a specially dedicated mobile number, THAT IS NOT GIVEN TO THE GUESTS"... if only I had thought to call the Fire Brigade or Police because there was no hot water... they could have passed on the message out of hours apparently! Absurd behaviour from a company looking for business from an executive market. Plenty of other options in the area, I'll be using them from now on.
