I was a respectable guest always polight to staff and friendly with guests, the guy on reception changed a agreement with Scotland st Christophers inn bding a local to a full ban everywhere if customer service was still available I could have sorted this out. So inconvenient I travel everywhere and need access to hostels im not a bad guest.. reception had a thing for me 😩
