Disgusting service levels arrived at apartment at 5pm to check in for a one night stay and the lights, sockets and oven all not working as obviously some fault. Tried the fuse box but kept tripping every time I reset then. Spoke to someone to assist who said they would get someone round. Then a few hours later said they couldn’t get anyone out till tomorrow. We couldn’t use the bedrooms or bathrooms as it was pitch black upstairs and was dangerous on the stairs in darkness. Maintenance man came in the morning and took about 20mins to disconnect the outside light which was causing the problem. Then refused to refund the nights stay even though we had to use the local gym to shower.
