This brand of Marriott is a like Airbnb. There is no front desk or any hotel like service. Before your arrival, you receive the passcode to open the main door or the building and your room. However they are unnecessarily strict on arrival time and try to monetize if you want to arrive early since they charge extra for that. Since there is no one to talk onsite, you either use the chat via the app or call the center. Both are very very customer unfriendly !! However the rooms are generously large, clean and well maintained. The location is also great.

After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no air conditioning. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance. A deposit may be required at the property.
