Very nice little boutique hotel in Kensington. I stayed here for one night in a single room, and it was really clean - a little bit dated but that didn't matter to me as the cleanliness is the main factor for me. Located 10 minutes away from High Street Kensington tube station, the location is very convenient. If you are a solo woman traveller, I felt safe walking down the high street at 1am as I stayed here to go to a concert at Wembley Stadium. I'd stay here again if I was travelling solo!

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There are no laundry facilities. The fire alarm is tested every Thursday between 1PM and 3PM. Please ignore it unless it lasts for longer than one minute. There is no air conditioning, and extra fans are available upon request. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance. A deposit may be required at the property.
