Open in Google MapsHeadline: they were careless with my left luggage - stay well away. I knew this hotel would be small as it’s in central London - admittedly a great location only 10 mins from Victoria, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Of course, everything about the facilities was even more mediocre than expected. Terrible soundproofing too. However, the most concerning aspect was the fact that I left my three bags for the day when I checked out, and when I returned later initially only two could be found. This of course caused a lot of panic and they didn’t do anything to reassure me, instead suggesting that they might have given it to the wrong guest! This would have been incredibly disruptive. I then had to push them to search harder, and they eventually found my bag in a room they seemingly didn’t routinely use to store luggage. Ultimately I’m glad it was found, but they should never have put me through that stress - incredibly unprofessional, and without even an apology. You’d be far better off in a Travelodge.
