As someone who lives nearby, I would never recommend this place to anyone. The police have been called multiple times due to guests being assaulted, guests having their bags removed from the premises whilst they are not there, and other nefarious reasons. Just today the police were called due to an alleged theft/assault and I heard the owners call a guest (on speakerphone if you can believe) saying that they needed to leave and that they would not accept any money to further their stay because they did not want complaints from the neighbours. This hotel is known for unsavory activity; the locals will tell you. Protect yourself and don’t stay here.
