Apartment is spacious and the beds were comfortable (flat 3) Location: Good location Close to TESCO And two underground stations Service: we waited nearly 24 hours for a fan (we got 2, one wasn’t working and the other one we had to assemble ourselves without screw drivers) We were told that our fans were taken by other guests to use So we didn’t like the fact that they prioritized the other guests and they knew we were coming and will need the fans Also, at the end we got a new fan so this made us think about the reliability of the service staff!!!! Cleanliness: not all towels were clean Sink and shower didn’t drain well needs a better cleaning service Others: Bathroom fan didn’t work so no proper ventilation Wardrobes had clothes in so we had very limited space for our clothes Needs at least one AC per room in summer There were religious statues that we felt uncomfortable with Different pillows would’ve been better and they were too flat
