Very brilliant staff and a very brilliant stay We were in a rush to get out of a bad hostel and were desperately searching for last minute accommodation. We found this quiet little hostel and were surprised by the very central location, especially for the price we had paid. Because it was such a last minute reservation, we had accidentally booked a room for the following night instead, which we unfortunately didn’t realise until we went to check in. This was when the lovely Denis at reception came in. He immediately reassured us, remaining calm and professional throughout. Without him me and my partner would’ve been very worried, as it was past 9PM in central London and we would’ve likely found it very difficult to get a room at all, let alone at an affordable price. Thanks to his diligent effort, he was able to amend our booking, getting us the room for the night with no extra charge, and no stress. He even personally showed us to our room, making sure that our stay was peaceful and safe throughout the evening. The rooms themselves were in excellent condition, clean floors, beds, bathroom was also pristine with no problems whatsoever. The morning staff were just as lovely as the evening staff, and me and my partner want to personally thank the entire safestay team for their service and professionalism. We will be coming back here on our next trip to London, and recommending it to anyone we know who is visiting. For anyone that reads this review, ignore the negative feedbacks, they are baloney. If you need to find a budget-friendly hostel in central London, this is the place for you. Thank you Denis! And thank you again to all the safestay staff! - E&J
