Stayed at Regency for 3 nights. Location was perfect. Very close to plenty of restaurants and cafes and coffee. The Goodge train station is very close, which will take you to all the tourist areas in a couple of stops. The room was clean and cosy. Bed comfortable and pillows great. Bathroom was small but very manageable. There was air conditioning (it seemed to cut out after a while but wasn’t an issue). Breakfast was down in the basement - first in first served. Scan the QR code and get an efficient hot breakfast. It worked perfectly for us. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs. And the doors banged quite loudly but it wasn’t an issue. There is a lovely garden out the back as well. The only challenging part is the room is quite small, but if you are fine with that then this accommodation is super charming and cute.
