We have known Gee for over ten years now and both our boys have learnt so much in her cooking classes. Starting off with introductory short sessions, then 5h holiday classes, where they brought home the most delicious savoury and sweet treats to surviving COVID and attending online classes, where our oldest cooked meals for 4 or even 8 people every week under her careful guidance - we have come a long way. In fact, due to Gee's encouragement and nurture, her knowledge and passion, our oldest is now in his 2nd year of Culinary School and is thriving. Teaching cookery skills is a life skill but Gee's love & passion and kindness as well as inclusivity is even more important and shines through in every one of her sessions.
