Rooms compact but functional. Air conditioning is not very good and water pressure in the shower is very weak. However the beds where very comfortable. The breakfast is ok. Staff very friendly. The real winner is the location, bayswater area is excellent for family travel. A stones throw from Hyde park, Kensington palace and a short walk to Notting hill. Easy accessible tube stations nearby. Goods pubs for drinks and food nearby also.
