The staff were incredibly welcoming and helping, my room was comfortable enough for two of us, the bed was very comfortable, I also really enjoyed the healthy breakfast. Location was very close to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens which is just 30 minutes of nice walk to the museums through the green area, Paddington station is about 5 minutes from Prime Inn. We had an opportunity to leave luggage before and after check in while exploring London. I highly recommend if you travel solo or two of you!
