I’m quite disappointed with my recent stay at Premier Inn Ealing. I was put in this weird "attic" room. Despite the hotel appearing newly renovated, the overall maintenance, cleanliness, staff service attitude and general management were not up to the Premier Inn standard I would expect. One of the towels in my room was stained, so I came down to ask for a replacement and politely requested some spare towel in case any others were also unclean. The staff member appeared annoyed, kept questioning why I needed the spare one, and told me that if I found another stained towel, I could bring it down again to exchange. I found this very poor customer service, especially when the issue was about basic cleanliness. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
