Due to a longer stay (4 months) we had to pay a deposit but this took 3 months to be returned after vacating and completing the stay. We were also charged £250 from the deposit for allegedly taking some bedding (why would someone who is paying £2,250 a month to rent the apartment take second hand bedding) and cleaning fee after they mentioned they’d waive any cleaning cost due to the time taken to return the deposit. It was all fine up until then!
