Hotel was very nice and modern, with air conditioning in the rooms which was very welcome in the London heat. The customer service of the people at the front desk was always excellent, with greetings every time you walk into the lobby. The rooms were very cozy, but too small. It’s a hotel squeezed into the heart of Paddington, so you pay the price a little bit. Our room had two small twin beds, yet we had to squeeze around them and hug the wall to get to the restroom without hitting the beds or a TV. The restroom was very claustrophobic as well, with a shower that didn’t seal properly and would leak water all over the floor. My knees would also hit the wall when using the toilet. Overall though, it was a great experience with an even better location. I would stay here again, but definitely opt for a bigger room next time
