Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay and definitely not what we expected. The hotel did not feel properly refurbished or well maintained, and several areas looked tired, dated, and in need of updating. The room was also disappointing and did not feel as clean or comfortable as it should have been. The bathroom was particularly concerning, as we noticed mold and rust, which made the bathroom feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. This was especially disappointing considering the price we paid. Another thing, we noticed stains on the bed and the carpet was somewhat ripped up around the edges. Another huge safety concern was that the window could not close which was not an ideal way to maintain safety especially while traveling with family. One of the biggest issues was that there was no lift, which made getting to our room with luggage extremely inconvenient. This should have been made much clearer before booking. Another major disappointment was the breakfast. The hotel advertised that breakfast was included with our stay, but when we arrived, we were told there was no breakfast available. This was extremely frustrating, especially because we had specifically booked expecting breakfast to be included. The staff were also extremely rude and unwelcoming. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the attitude we received made the situation even more frustrating. We expected basic courtesy and helpfulness, but unfortunately that was not our experience. There were also various other issues throughout the stay that added up and made the overall experience unpleasant. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, comfort, and honesty about what was included. Sadly, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. There are definitely better options available for the money.
