We stayed here to celebrate my friend's birthday. Upon entering, the lobby area had zero atmosphere - not on a par with other five star establishments. The room was nice (delightful toiletries and complimentary minibar) and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great! What really let the hotel down was the pool area. It feels more like a leisure centre than a luxury five star hotel pool. There were only 4 loungers - ridiculous for a hotel of this size and the atmosphere felt quite 'cold' and not at all luxurious. Relaxing at the pool was one of the main aims of our trip, but it wasn't at all enjoyable. Massages were acceptable. Overall, I wouldn't return as there are much better five star establishments in London.
