I recently visited the Omega Boutique on Regent Street after I accidentally managed to completely disassemble the clasp on my Omega Seamaster 300M. I took it in, hoping they could repair it under warranty. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. To my surprise, they resolved the issue in about five minutes. At first, I thought they had simply repaired the clasp, but after I left, I realized they had actually replaced the entire clasp under warranty.
