The room and bathroom are extreamly small. They charge the use of A/C apart (£10/day) but you're only informed at the front desk. The breakfast isn't good at all. The responsible lady for the set up tells you where to sit, sharing table with other people, even when there are empty tables. And there are really few options (toast - that they give you - jelly, cooked eggs and a small packed cake). The only good thing is that the Paddigton Station is a block away. Do not recommend it here.
