This apartment is location location location!!! It’s so close to everything in wonderful soho and theater district! I gave room 4 stars as we were a group of 5 and when using the futon there is no space! Would recommend you keep your numbers to 4 and under! It’s also very noisy at night - but the owner kindly provides earplugs- it’s really the trade off for an amazing location! Loved that there was coffee and milk for the first morning too!
