Worst stay of my life. Room REEKED of bleach which made it difficult to breathe in the hotel room. Every time I spoke on the phone, I kept coughing as the smell was so bad. Every time I coughed I felt like I was inhaling the bleach. I had a headache as soon as I entered the room and started feeling dizzy after 4 hours. I asked the workers for some assistance over the phone and the man told me to ‘open a window’, even though I was staying there as a woman, by myself. There were people also lurking around outside my door and when I told the worker I felt unsafe, he said ‘there is nothing I can do about that’. I left after 4/5 hours as if I stayed there any longer I would’ve ended up in hospital. I remained feeling dizzy up until the next morning. When I did wake up the next morning, I had a sore throat. The rooms are NOT safe to stay in. The workers insisted that the smell was normal and when I asked the worker to inspect the room, he refused. I wanted him to experience how bad it was because I knew they were going to make excuses in the morning and THEY DID. They have refused to give me a refund or any type of compensation. If you value your health, please don’t stay here.
