Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I was charged more than the price shown on Booking.com and had to argue to get the overcharged amount refunded. My first room had a serious leak from the bathroom ceiling, so I had to move rooms. Although the second room was larger, the air conditioning did not cool the upstairs bedroom, making it impossible to sleep comfortably during one of London’s hottest days. On top of that, the bathroom lights were not working. After dealing with incorrect pricing, a leaking ceiling, ineffective air conditioning, and a bathroom without proper lighting, I cannot recommend this hotel. In my opinion, neither its Booking.com rating nor its Google rating reflects the actual quality of the stay.
