Notting Hill House

Their location is amazing but this is basically a hostel with terrible customer service, as in none, with no accountability and no recourse. I have sent 4 or 5 emails without a single response. The phone number on the website does not work. The pictures led me to believe that a family suite was more than one room, that is not correct, it was one small room. They basically put 3 twin beds close together and a love seat pull out, all practically touching. We were assigned room 302, but 100 is second floor so this was a 4th floor walk up, an attic apartment with slanted roof line ceilings. It only had one small window that faced a a side building wall. It was ridiculously hot with no air flow. There was a small portable AC unit with flex pipe to the window, that did little to address the heat. I took a chance for the location and paid the price. We ended up leaving and booking a Hotel in the area. I doubt I ever see a penny in return. I turned in my keys same day as check in to the unmanned desk/drop box, tried to call without success, and sent multiple emails with no response. I would not ever recommend this to a family. If you are young and single with minimal luggage and tolerance for serious heat (like a hostel) then this is a great location. Otherwise, avoid.
