The main asset of this property is its location: 10 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway station. From there 17 minutes to Heathrow and 10 minutes to London centre. Also Ealing is very pleasant, leafy area, with many cafes and restaurants. The property itself is very comfortable and clean. The booking process was quick and straightforward. Definitely the place to recommend.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised of the following important information:
  • Check-in times are strictly between 15:00 and 00:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM unless previously arranged.
  • Detailed check-in instructions will be provided two days prior to your arrival.
  • Early check-ins are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 20 GBP per hour.
  • Late check-outs are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 20 GBP per hour until 14:00. After 14:00, a full day's rate will be charged.
  • When making a reservation, kindly provide the names of all guests who will be staying. Only guests listed in the reservation may occupy the property.
  • A fee of 500 GBP will be applied if smoking occurs and odour remains in the apartment.
  • For reservations exceeding 7 days, the apartment will be cleaned and linens/towels will be changed. Additional cleaning and linen changes will incur an extra charge.
  • Please be aware that before your booking commences, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest, our chosen vacation rental guest-screening provider (Superhog) A deposit may be required at the property.
