New - Komo Pods

I was looking forward to staying at Komo because all I needed was a bed to rest my head, a place to keep my things and a shower to recover. Instead I got a check in that took over 3 hours, that's almost 15% of the time I had booked (check in at 1pm) waiting for correct codes. The ordeal included incorrect building door codes, incorrect codes for the pod, no fresh towels, no working fan in the pod, train noise, broken toilet seats, other guests with double booked pods, etc. If the team can improve their processes I think they would have great accommodation option. You might want to miss this one if you want an easy or quick experience.
