We recently bought with The Modern House and the service couldn't have been better. We were able to view the property at our convenience, including after the offer had been accepted. They recommended a great surveyor and we were especially grateful to Minnie Copping who really stayed on top of everything, contacting our estate agent and solicitors when it had slowed down our end, ensuring we all got the completion date we wanted.
