A wonderful place to stay if you prefer a quieter base just outside central London. Located on a peaceful residential street, it's only a short walk from Penge East station, with Victoria Station just 15–20 minutes away by train. Even the last train from central London leaves around 12:30 a.m., making it easy to enjoy the city before returning. This is a family-run guesthouse with a warm, authentic British atmosphere. Calvin is a fantastic host and serves an excellent traditional English breakfast every morning. A great alternative if you want to experience London while staying away from the crowds and constant buzz of the city centre.
