Not a great stay, I’m afraid. We were looking forward to our time at your hotel as it is a great location after attending an event at the O2. But we were disappointed by the room and let down by a few technical issues. We knew that the bedroom was on the mezzanine and that we had to climb a ladder. And I also expected not to be able to stand up - but we couldn’t even sit up in bed! The TV was not working as it wouldn’t connect to the internet. The bedside light was not working either as the cord wasn’t there. As there is no way to switch the downstairs lights off upstairs, we had to get up the ladder in the dark and crawl to our bed. The mattress dipped in the middle. I wouldn’t usually mention the rest of the points - but due to a bad nights’ sleep, here we go: from the mezzanine we could see the dust on the upper shelves and light - a few picture frames were full of paint after the recent paint job and masking tape was still on the entrance spot light and fire detector. As there is no staff on check in, I would suggest clearer signage as we ended up in the inner courtyard looking for studio 2. On a positive note, the rest of the room was clean and the highlight was your communal area downstairs, which we very much enjoyed. But unfortunately we won’t be back and can’t recommend the place.
