The worst accommodation experience – avoid this place we was on Thursday and stay to friday This place should not be advertised as a hotel on Booking.com. It is not a proper hotel, but rather a poorly managed accommodation with very low standards. There was no air conditioning, and during the extreme heat the room was almost impossible to stay in. The temperature was unbearable. When we first arrived, we were shocked to find the bathroom radiator switched on, making the situation even worse. The smell was terrible. Several electrical sockets were not working, making it difficult to use basic equipment. The kitchen was also not clean – there were stains on the stone worktop that could not be removed. We were required to pay a £50 deposit, which we were told would be returned after checkout. However, after leaving, we received a message claiming there was significant damage and that our deposit would not be refunded. We have video evidence showing the condition of the accommodation immediately after opening the door on arrival and again when leaving. The condition was exactly the same – nothing had changed. We strongly dispute these claims. The staff member working the evening shift was not able to provide any useful information and seemed only interested in taking payment details. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The property does not meet the standards expected from a hotel listed on Booking.com. Avoid if you want a clean, comfortable and honest place to stay.
