We were a little nervous because of the bad reviews—but we booked the hotel anyway since there weren't many other options. Looking back, we can't quite understand the bad reviews. Most of them seem to be from when the hotel was under different management, before the renovation. But now everything is really in great shape, nicely decorated, and clean. We have had a great stay there. Beautiful townhouse and the Suite was a really spacious room compared to other rooms we have had so far in London. Only the bathrooms was a bit tiny but still fine. Also really good located. Can highly recommend.
