Our room was a comfortable size for two adults, amenities were smart and clean though showing a little age. Non smoking building with a spot out the back for it. Not a concern for us though the hallway did always have a light waft of smoke to it. Public transport takes you directly to the door, the 147 or 473 bus service; stopping at Newham university hospital, is just outside the door. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful, giving us a call to inform us of the bus services and to make sure we hadn't got lost. The bed was very comfortable after 6 hours on a coach and lots of walking in the capital.
