I strongly advise people not to rent an apartment here. The team manager(Residential Property Manager), is arrogant and extremely inefficient. You will wait endlessly for issues to be dealt with, yet somehow be blamed and questioned for not replying fast enough. Communication is one-sided and frustrating. She behaves as if she is the residents’ boss, not a support staff member, which makes every interaction unnecessarily unpleasant and unprofessional. If you value your time, peace of mind, or even a small chance of getting your deposit back, stay away from this apartment.
