This accommodation was an absolute nightmare and I strongly advise everyone to avoid it. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival, and there were clear signs of bed bugs in the bedding. The door handle and lock were broken, so the door wouldn’t open properly multiple times, leaving me locked out or struggling to get in. Staff were completely non-existent – no one on site at all. The only contact numbers went straight to a generic call centre that couldn’t help with anything. I had booked for 3 nights but left the same day because it felt unsafe and unhygienic. Save your money and book somewhere clean and properly managed. Do not stay here!
