Maison Rokxy - Luxury Apartments

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay — and Mike is an absolute star! I absolutely loved my stay at Maison Rokxy, but what truly made it exceptional was Mike, their incredible concierge. Mike messaged me before I even arrived to introduce himself and ask if there was anything I needed. When an early check-in wasn’t possible because they were so busy, he immediately arranged a place for me to freshen up and change, securely stored my luggage, and then messaged me the moment my room was ready — slightly earlier than expected! By the time I arrived, my bags were already waiting for me in my room. Throughout my stay, Mike was amazing. Directions, finding a bank machine, little questions …he responded to texts within minutes. He also checked in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was such warm, thoughtful and genuinely personal service, without ever feeling intrusive. I stayed in the Ibiza apartment and absolutely loved it — funky, cool, fun and incredibly comfortable. Even at checkout, Mike went above and beyond. Despite the hotel being very busy, he kindly gave me a later check out time, then came up to help with my bags and stored them at reception so I could enjoy a few more hours exploring London before leaving. I genuinely could not have asked for better service. Mike is one of the very best concierges I have ever had the pleasure of meeting — warm, thoughtful, incredibly responsive and genuinely committed to making his guests feel looked after. Maison Rokxy is already such a unique and fabulous place to stay, but having someone like Mike there made the experience truly exceptional. Thank you, Mike, for taking such wonderful care of me.
