Luxury Suits near Wembley Stadium

zero stars isn’t an option so i’m stuck with 1. we didn’t receive the room we paid for. we paid for a double bed and a sofa bed, and we were only given one double bed, which was an issue as i went with my dad and we shouldn’t have had to share a bed. we were also promised a TV which we didn’t have. there were cigarette burns around the windows and the bathroom floor was loose. the room looked clean but it seemed very unsafe. the front door of the building could be opened anytime, so anyone could easily come in and break in to any of the rooms. we called easily over 5 times and the person on the other end kept saying “i’ll bring it up, and call you back” and nothing happened. terrible service, they just don’t care. please don’t waste your money staying here, it was dreadful
