Location is the one undeniable win — steps from the Natural History Museum, V&A, and South Kensington tube. Everything else was a serious disappointment. Dirty stained bedding, even with a working lift there are still 3–5 flights of stairs with luggage and young children, no running water one night without any warning, and a bathroom door that locked us out for two hours. The response? Maintenance doesn’t start until 11am. Would not return.
