Property cancelled our booking with less than 12 hours notice, no apology or explanation. Contacted them 3 times, 0 response. Had the room booked for months, then got an email at 1.30am, less than 12 hours before check in, saying our booking had been cancelled. Disgusting behavior. Absolutely appalling. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. Completely ruined our event plans. Honestly feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs.
