London City East by Viridian Apartments

Our apartment highlights - Very clean/well stocked/Comfortable beds pillows/good quality kitchen appliances with instruction manuals/AC controls works/adequate space for storage/secure and safety measures reassuring. I think Viridian should be very proud of the local housekeeping team to maintain the space immaculately Entry exit instructions codes should be very lucid and unambiguous - it’s all there but in layers of communications which can frustrating for some - needing to call the helpline but customer support in my case was superb. A few other thoughts- -In our flat the main bathroom could do with a small toiletry tray in the shower enclosure- I had to put the small shampoo/body-wash bottles on the close commode seat and reach out mid-shower- risk of water dripping on the floor is high and people with back problem may find this quite inconvenient. Also a suction anti slip mat would be good -In the bedrooms there seems to be some electrical installations ? AC units with wires etc lodged behind just press and open cub-boards- could be unsafe if children around - a mere push or lean will open them up. - Shower stalls especially when you use the rainfall unit has got potential for water to drip out onto the floor - this needs a thought -Finally a small settee or sofa in the groundfloor lift lobby area would be thoughtful when people might be waiting for a cab with luggages checking out especially if back problems /raining outside. -Also to warn on the viridian app that wifi may be disconnected automatically at checkout time- especially tricky if customer has got a poor cell signal and trying get a uber or communicating with someone for pickup information. -Though not directly related to property itself but Booking.com and the viridian app needs to be on the same page about check in/check out times and extra add on charges springing up unexpectedly on the viridian app which can be frustrating with potential to damage both Viridian and Booking.com profile. Can provide details. The apartment itself was very good - overall comfortable. Tyrek, the customer agent was fantastic! He needs a promotion asap and needs to be a trainer for other service agents! Will comeback again to stay in a Viridian property in the future but hope they look at the small hiccups I have suggested 🙏 Dr Sarkar
