1/10 the hotel has a weird funky smell and the beds have bugs crawling ontop. Service is a 1/10 receptionist didn’t even offer another room and knew the bed has bugs as he wasn’t phased whatsoever when I said your bed has bugs can I get a refund he just said yeah but still once you check in you can’t get a refund and didn’t even apologise or offer an alternative room, I got in touch with the booking sight I booked with and LCY are claiming I had never reported bed bugs and had just said I will be checking out. Absolutely ridiculous and appalling. Do not come here!
