The worse customer service experience in my life ....literally ripped off 210 £ saying that I can use this balance anytime after pandemic with no specific date to expire ....now they don't respond to my phone call neither email ....really disappointed and in need of tha money after more ghen a year unemployed...it seems like no care honestly its depressing .
