Cute lobby, great location! Rooms were clean, but it’s worth noting that there is no air conditioning with the windows only opening 10 cm at most. What was most upsetting, however, was my interaction with the front desk attendant. After discovering we had been significantly overcharged at check-in, We requested an itemized bill. His response was, “Are you going to listen to me or keep throwing random words at me?” I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The employee informed us that he was responsible for the hotel’s finances, which made the billing error and how things were handled even more concerning. I hope management reviews both its billing procedures and customer service standards to ensure future guests are treated professionally and respectfully. I also noticed that he did not speak to the men in the lobby this way—only to my mother and me. The interaction made us so uncomfortable that we booked another hotel within an hour and left without staying the night.
